Vad är JA!? / What is YES!?

JA! är en förening vars syfte är att skapa gynnsamma förhållanden för konstarbetare vars verksamhet bidrar till att störta manlig överordning, etnisk överordning och hierarkier kopplade till fysisk och psykisk förmåga, sexualitet och klass.

JA! är en separatistisk förening för konstarbetare vars verksamhet har sin utgångspunkt i feminism med ett intersektionellt perspektiv.

JA!'s målsättning är att störta de styrande patriarkala, rasistiska och kapitalistiska maktordningarna genom en strukturell omfördelning av tillgången på pengar, plats och tid inom konstområdet.

YES! is an association that aims to create favourable conditions for artworkers whose practices and activities contribute to the overthrowing of male supremacy, ethnical supremacy and of hierarchies connected to physical and mental ability, sexuality and class.

YES! is a separatist association for artworkers whose practises and activities are informed by feminism with an intersectional perspective.

YES!'s goal is to overthrow the ruling system of patriarchal, racist and capitalist power structures by putting into practise a structural redistribution of the access to financial resources, space and time within the art scene.
